This role focuses on student acquisition, institutional partnerships, and revenue growth . The ideal candidate must be a go-getter , have strong communication skills , a passion for education , and a results-oriented mindset . Student & Client Acquisition Drive student enrolments by counselling and converting leads. Build partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and training institutes. Manage inbound & outbound calls, email campaigns, and online demos. Business Development Identify and approach prospective partners to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals & digital outreach. Represent the company at education fairs, webinars, and conferences. Sales Execution Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. Provide post-sales support and ensure high satisfaction levels. Upsell and cross-sell relevant courses or services. Market Research & Strategy Share insights with management for product and campaign improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams for lead-generation strategies. Qualifications & Experience ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any discipline (MBA preferred). ~0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Counseling (EdTech experience is a bonus). ~ Comfortable with telesales, video consultations, and CRM tools. ~ Passionate about education and technology-driven learning.
