Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development and client engagement across the UAE and Middle East markets.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT services, software solutions, SaaS platforms, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic enterprise sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share for IT services and SaaS products in the UAE region.
- Identify, engage, and onboard enterprise clients, channel partners, and system integrators.
- Manage and grow key accounts to ensure recurring revenue and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, negotiations, preparing proposals, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Represent the company at tech conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare revenue forecasts, and present reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, data privacy regulations, and client SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-6 years of international sales experience in IT services, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, digital transformation, and managed IT services.
- Proven success in enterprise sales, partner/channel development, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for C-level engagement.
- Experience with complex deal structuring, RFPs, and solution selling.
- Familiarity with contracting, SLAs, data privacy, and international IT compliance standards.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
