Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods, including bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins, and specialty items.
- Follow recipes and adjust as necessary to ensure consistency and quality.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal products that align with customer preferences or trends.
- Decorate and present baked goods creatively, ensuring a visually appealing product.
- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring the smooth running of all tasks.
- Manage inventory and order supplies for the bakery, including ingredients and equipment.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
- Ensure all baked goods meet the bakery’s high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Regularly assess production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor portion sizes and recipe consistency to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by following proper food safety protocols.
- Ensure all bakery equipment is in good working order and arrange for maintenance as needed.
- Enforce strict health and safety guidelines for all kitchen staf

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
