Qiott Llp is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Chat Process WFH. As a Chat Process WFH agent, you will provide efficient and effective customer service support to our clients’ customers via chat by answering inquiries, resolving complaints and providing solutions to their needs. This is a full-time position that requires a reliable individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experience and is comfortable working remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify and prevent potential issues
- Recognize and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Update customer's information on the company's database as required
- Achieve the predefined targets according to the Key Performance Indicators
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of the product and services

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote environment
- Familiarity with computer systems and software
- Ability to multitask and manage workload
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required
- High school degree or equivalent, college degree is preferred.
- Previous experience with chat support is a plus.
