**Job Description - Female Malayalam Customer Support Executive**

**Position**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Remote
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support in **Malayalam** (primary) and **English** (secondary).
- Assist users with app usage, troubleshooting, and account-related queries.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Malayalam (mandatory)** and **English (mandatory)**.
- Prior experience in **customer support / BPO / call center** is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with apps/online platforms.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
