**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Remote
**Stipend**: ₹7,000 + Incentives
**Probation Period**: 2 months

Unified Mentor is dedicated to delivering high-quality educational programs that empower individuals to advance their careers. As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our students have a positive and seamless experience with us.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Verification Calls**:
- Conduct verification calls to confirm and validate details of students enrolled in various programs.
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Reach out to students for feedback on their experiences with Unified Mentor, providing valuable insights for service improvement.
- **Query Resolution**:
- Handle and resolve student queries effectively, offering clear and accurate solutions to enhance their learning experience.
- **Document Management**:
- Draft and send offer letters, Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and other relevant documents to students as required.
- **Inbound Sales Support**:
- Manage inbound sales inquiries, assist potential students with program information, and guide them through the enrollment process.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduation or Bachelor’s Degree required
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a startup culture with dynamic tasks
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- **Customer Orientation**: Focused on delivering exceptional support with a problem-solving mindset
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
