Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:Provide administrative assistance to management and staff by handling tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
- **Communication**:Maintain effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders, ensuring all correspondence is professional and accurate.
- **Office Organization**:Keep the office organized and efficient, including managing office supplies, equipment, and filing systems.
- **Visitor and Guest Management**:Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring they have a positive experience while in the office.
- **Data Entry**:Accurately enter data into various systems and databases as required by different departments.
- **Document Handling**:Manage and organize documents, both physical and digital, and ensure they are properly stored and accessible.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and booking meeting rooms.
- **Expense Reporting**: Assist with the preparation and submission of expense reports for staff members.
- **Vendor Relations**: Communicate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related role.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
**Education**:
- Bachelors is required.
- Additional education or certifications in office administration or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
