**Description and Requirements**:

- Become a focal point for monitoring our internal and external refurbishment partners for day-to-day operations management and execution
- Ensure our E2E processes are in place within each Geo to support ARS, Refurb, Broker and parts sales
- Must be flexible as this new role is evolving and will add and subtract initial assignments as time goes on
- Manage a BMS to understand Capacity, SLA’s, Backlog and Cost
- Maintain clear overview of Lenovo refurbishment internal and external facilities and their status as well as future roadmap for new opportunities.
- Ensure cross functional teams are in line with our goals and overall business objectives
- Ensure parts availability for refurbishment operations by close interlock with parts supply chain teams, providing forecast, and working on alternative parts sourcing strategies.

You’ll be a good match, if you have:

- 9 to 12 years’ experience in similar role such as product management, service repair or delivery, operations management, ITAD operations
- IT/PC product repair, refurbishment and/or engineering knowledge
- Experience with vendor and kpi management
- Strong excel and PowerPoint execution
- Good performance analytics and performance management skills
- Experience in ITAD operations is very welcome
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders across all Geographies.
- Project management skills are an advantage
- Strong interest in sustainability and circular economy
- Language: English - other languages are a plus.
