**Position : Admin and Travel Associate**
**Location : Gurugram, Haryana**
**Job Summary**
The Admin and travel associate at Varaha will be responsible for providing administrative support to all levels of management and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities at the head office. This role involves making Travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, managing assets and documents, and resolving conflicts that may arise. The Admin and Travel Associate will also collaborate with other departments to provide support as needed and ensure that all activities are in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- The Admin and Travel Associate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and ensuring compliance with the organization's travel policies.
- You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking inventory usage, and ensuring that inventory is properly stored and maintained.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials and negotiating prices and terms of contracts.
- You will be responsible for tracking the organization's assets, including equipment and materials, and ensuring that they are properly maintained and accounted for.
- You will be responsible for managing the procurement processes, including selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that goods and services are delivered on time.
- You will be responsible for managing the budget for travel and inventory, including tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- You will be responsible for preparing reports and analyzing data related to travel and inventory to help the organization make informed decisions.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in office administration or related field.
- Must have experience in filing for VISA.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in supporting executive level management preferred.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
