**Job Description**:

- Assist in the development of job postings and descriptions to attract top talent.
- Manage job postings on company website and external job boards.
- Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees.
- Provide regular updates to HR department and hiring managers on the status of job openings and recruitment efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 1 year or plus of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi in both spoken and written forms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other HR-related software preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about finding the best talent for the company.
