Looking for a customer support executive to manage inbound customer calls.

**Skill set Requirement** - Excellent Communication skills and problem solving abilities.

**Work Timing**:06:00 PM to 09:00 AM (9 hrs predefined shift)

**Working days**: 6 days a week

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage customer calls and enquiries for moving services
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain all the records
- High Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
- Mature and Polite behaviour with customer
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
