We have an urgent hiring with one of the **Leading Packaging & Containers Manufacturing Company - Mumbai**

**Role: EXECUTIVE ADMIN AND TALENT ACQUISITION**

**Experience: 3 to 5 years**

**Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA in HR is an added advantage**

**Job Location: Navi Mumbai, Turbhe**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- **Sourcing and Attracting Talent**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image.
- **Managing the Recruitment Lifecycle**:

- Negotiate job offers and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and distribute job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Attend job fairs and career events.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Factory Administration**:

- Responsible for general HR and administration of the entire Plant.
- To oversee all administrative tasks for the factory.
- To keep a track of proper utilities bill payment. To manage the petty cash expenses with the rolling advance record.
- To Ensure the discipline with the help of Security on the shop floor and factory premises. To ensure Environment, Health and Safety on shop floor
- To monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
- To prepare various HR related letters, and monitor annual maintenance contract’s renewal (Security services, House keeping Services, Snacks Vending Machines, Canteen Food, Pest control Services, Reliance hospital)
- To do the event management for employee engagement with prior approvals
- To handle HR activities like Training Development, Grievance handling.
- Maintain Uniform and shoes record (receipt vs issuance). Maintaining stock of Housekeeping Material and keep the factory neat & clean with the help of housekeeping contractor.
- To maintaining the file of required Licenses and Legal Certificates as per Audit requirement To update the Statutory Registers of respective factory and all Notice Boards of factory time to time.
- Plant / factory Experience is an added advantage.Must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.Must be detail and results oriented with a proven track record of success.
