**We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (experienced in Bulk hiring),**

**5 days working (Alternate Saturdays are WFH),**

**Location - Navi Mumbai, Ghatkopar.**

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Design and update job descriptions that attract top talent by understanding job roles, successful performance attributes, and operational requirements.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other professional networks.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, taking interview assessments and in-person interviews
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Proficiency in organizing recruitment events, whether in-office or on college campuses.
- Handling employee Joining formality documenting processes

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven work experience of 2-4 Years as a Talent Acquisition Executive
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment.
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition Best Practices.
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivated/Ability to Work with mínimal supervision.
- Well versed with using various job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
