Bhandup West Mumbai Maharashtra, India Encasers Full time

To call existing and potential B2B customers (database / cold calling) to persuade them to purchase company products and schedule meetings with the field sales team
- To respond to customer queries, follow up with prospects, send catalogue, quotations and other collateral
- To use logical reasoning to identify potential issues and troubleshoot for quick resolution
- To handle end to end ticket flow on support system and lead flow in Sales CRM
- To track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits and properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- To follow up with customers to solicit reviews and feedback and ensure repeat purchases
- To meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume, lead generation and sales
- To prepare MIS reports at regular intervals.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhandup West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- telecalling: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
