Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with inquiries and provide basic information to callers and visitors.
- Provide administrative support, including sorting and distributing mail, managing appointments, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Relay messages accurately and promptly to the intended recipients.
- Keep records and logs updated and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, or requests from visitors and employees.
- Act as a liaison between visitors and the appropriate staff members.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position is an advantage.
