**Job Description for Sr. Front Desk Executive**:
Coordinate with Studio Manager, Contact Center and Consultants to book consultations for the center.
To make sure that all leads are getting converted into Studio Walk ins for face to face consultations; meet the allocated number of consultation target every month
Handle / Manage all the inquiries (In-bound phone call, web submissions, micro sites and other Digital as well as Advertising and Business Development leads land on the CRM) and convert them into Consultation appointments and arrivals at the studio by effective counseling over the phone
Ensure that all the Brand Standards are followed.
Manage Front Desk to ensure clients receive prompt, cordial attention and personalized attention
Attend all the Front Desk operations efficiently befitting the AHS global standards
Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area
Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of self and colleagues at front Office.
Prepare efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff.
5+ Experience in Hospitality or service Industry, entertainment, media, corporate
Good & Pleasing Communication Skills in English, Hindi and vernacular is preferred
Excellent telephone courtesy & client handling skill.
Routine operations management knowledge.
Should be highly motivated & result oriented.
Strong client management skills.
Presentable.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
