Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value propositions of the software.
- Client Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and pain points, tailoring software solutions to suit their requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead the negotiation process, addressing objections, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups and timely responses to all inbound leads and prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and product fit.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position the software in the marketplace.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates to sales management on sales progress, forecasts, and account status using CRM software.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensure smooth handover to the implementation or customer success team for onboarding and post-sale customer support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in software or technology sales.
- Strong understanding of the software industry, and familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with potential clients and customers.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
