**Job description**
Are you passionate about tourism and ready to take on a dynamic role in one of Dubai's leading tourism companies? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Sales Operations Executive** to join our growing team. This role involves managing all tourism operations, handling client inquiries, and effectively selling tourism packages.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end operations related to tourism activities.
- Handle client inquiries and leads, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct sales calls to potential clients to promote tourism packages.
- Provide expert recommendations on Dubai tourism services and experiences.
- Use tourism software efficiently to maintain bookings and client data.
- Generate and analyze performance reports as required.
- Ensure smooth operational processes and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong sales and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of tourism software is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
