Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Strong analytical skills

Self-motivated, with strong ability to work both independently and with the team

Ability to work with various APS, Development, Operations stakeholders, locally and globally.

Dynamic, Proactive and Teamwork oriented

Innovative and Transformational mindset

Flexible with work hours and Ability to perform under pressure

Preferred to have

Dynatrace, ITIL, DevOPS, Cloud certifications

Prior Knowledge on Application Production Support
