Primary skill: Dynatrace, AWS

Secondary Skill: PowerShell or Shell script

Note- There would be Rotational shifts for this role

Required Technical Skill set:

  • Sound knowledge Dynatrace architecture.
  • In depth experience in installing , configuring and maintaining Dynatrace.
  • Should have experience in Cloud services like AWS, Azure etc.
  • Administration knowledge on configuring monitoring in Dynatrace.
  • Should have knowledge on PowerShell or Shell script.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Should manage and maintain end-to-end performance of all the application, workloads and environment.
  • Analyse the performance data and act on negative performance trends to identify root cause.
  • Support and enhance the system as required to implement new business application and technology.
  • Deploy Maintenance in Dynatrace for CIs during off-business hours.
  • Good to have knowledge on Grafana and Zabbix.
  • Escalations and follow up with other technical teams.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation , Reports for identified tasks.
  • On time Escalation and Reporting of alerts as per Incident management process.
