**Your Role**:

- Interface with customer teams to integrate with APM tool to achieve maximum visibility.
- Perform complete Dynatrace environment installs, configure transactions and create dashboard.
- Develop processes to proactively monitor and alert for critical incidents Support the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of configurations to ensure proper monitoring.
- Support to troubleshoot core software platform and infrastructure components.
- Administering Dynatrace Apps to include developing new or extending existing Apps to perform specialized functionality.

**Your Profile**:

- 5+ Years of overall APM experience with 3+ years in Dynatrace.
- Have led Dynatrace implementation in big organizations.
- Ability to own technical discussion, analyse the Dynatrace implementation possibilities and limitations, with different Products or Platform teams.
- Configure Dynatrace to monitor java and.Net Applications deployment on Windows and Linux Operating Systems.Good knowledge on various Front Ends, Backends, Databases, Middleware, Integration Points, Cloud Architecture.**What You Will Love Working at Capgemini**:
