Overall Experience 3 Years Relevant Experience 3 Years Location Mumbai Roles and Responsibilities Please don t put any bullets and numbers Role Description As a Dynatrace Admin you ll oversee the configuration monitoring and optimization of Dynatrace environments to ensure efficient performance and reliability of applications and infrastructure Manage the Dynatrace software including deployments upgrades alerts and agent deployments analyze performance metrics troubleshoot issues and collaborate with teams to implement effective monitoring strategies for continuous improvement monitoring and managing incidents and outages in a critical 24X7 operational environment Good To Have Skills Please don t put any bullets and numbers - Should have an expert knowledge of Dynatrace tool administration Understanding of ITSM Tool e g Service Now Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to address conflict with others constructively Ability to work a flexible schedule Experience in usage administration of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace AppDynamics Experience in configuring operating and or troubleshooting various monitoring tools specified above Experience in query building on multiple platform and languages such as Python PHP SQL SPL etc Experience Must on usage of Dynatrace AppDynamics APM tools Good to have knowledge on administration of Discovery CMDB tools such as ServiceNow Knowledge of and experience writing technical documents for an IT environment to include but not limited to procedures for disaster recovery for IT infrastructure Strong ability to monitor diagnose IT infrastructure application services server network alerts events or issues Putting applications under monitoring in Dynatrace SaaS with setup of management zone alerting and dashboard Advanced knowledge of OneAgent installation and troubleshooting on Windows Linux Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge of data extraction using data explorer Knowledge of setting up real-user monitoring RUM Knowledge of troubleshooting application issues in case of errors and failures Creation of dashboards with custom data tiles Knowledge of setting up of Environmental Synthetic ActiveGates Knowledge of Dynatrace APIs Python and JavaScript skill is a plus Proactive monitoring of IT infrastructure and application services alerts via monitoring tool Configuration of custom Extension Plugin using scripts powerpacks using Python PHP or SQL
