**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relation Executive is the face of the amusement park, responsible for providing exceptional service to visitors throughout their experience. This role involves welcoming guests, resolving concerns, assisting with directions and park information, and ensuring a fun, safe, and memorable visit for all guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests at entrances, help desks, and key areas throughout the park.
- Provide accurate information about park attractions, schedules, tickets, promotions, safety guidelines, and services.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with park operations, security, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist with lost and found, special assistance requests (e.g., accessibility needs), and emergencies.
- Support crowd control and queue management during peak times or special events.
- Promote park events, memberships, and guest loyalty programs.
- Uphold company service standards and safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and large crowds.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and in outdoor environments.

**Work Environment**:

- Outdoor and indoor settings within the amusement park.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Interaction with large groups of guests daily.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
