Job Description:
The role of a Safety and Environment professional based out of the power plant site in Khambarkhera, Lakhimpur Kheri.

This position will be responsible for the following:
Having all out control on EHS activities at site:

- Creating and maintaining EHS objectives and targets
- Reporting of EHS performance to all concerned
- Communication of national, area, and local regulatory requirements to all concerned, Ensuring complete documentation of EHS activities; maintaining site IMS certifications
- Guaranteeing expeditious closure of company and regulatory agency findings
- Achievement of training requirements for / by EHS personnel
- Managing interfaces with the public and governmental authorities; directing actions during EHS crises; creating a strong EHS culture that engages employees throughout the site in EHS teams and processes.
- To Ensure all Statutory compliance with regard to Environment, Health and Safety legislations
- Initiate and manage a safe workplace for each employee, with mínimal risk to health, by means of a safe plant environment and machinery as well as safe movement, storage and use of articles and substances
- Organizes surveillance of - and correct reporting on environment, health and safety performance, practices and systems as well as incident reporting to the relevant authorities and according to company requirements

Responsible for Implementation of EHS strategies on plant level.

Required Experience:

- Preferably from Power Plant Background
- The person should have experience Minimum 5 years with technical/Safety Back ground
- Completed Industrial Safety Course from any recognized Institution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
