As a Talent Scout, you will play a key role in identifying, connecting, and onboarding talented

content creators across diverse niches. You will be the bridge between emerging talent and our agency, ensuring we have a robust network of creators.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source content creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze creators profiles to assess their audience, engagement rates, and brand alignment.
- Build strong relationships with content creators, understanding their needs and aspirations.
- Maintain and update the talent database with relevant information, including reach, engagement metrics, and portfolio details.
- Collaborate with the business development and creative teams to match creators with campaign opportunities.
- Stay updated on trends, emerging platforms, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with creators to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and the creators landscape.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret creators metrics and campaign performance data.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Familiarity with creators' marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
