2. Auditions Management: Organize auditions, schedule actors, and maintain a comprehensive database of talent, including their details and audition outcomes.

3. Contract Negotiation: Handle contract discussions, agreements, and negotiations with actors or their representatives, ensuring fair terms and compliance with legal standards.

4. Database Oversight: Manage a detailed database tracking actors' information, audition records, and availability for efficient casting processes.

5. Talent Scouting: Continuously scout for new talent by attending performances and monitoring various channels, contributing insights for casting decisions. get constraints, and specific project needs.
