As a **Early Career Talent Scout, **you will be a key member of our TA organization who develops, leads and executes robust university focused sourcing strategies to identify ,engage and nurture exceptional active and passive talent. You will support our Technology, Operations and Enterprise Business in identifying talent for the intern and full time needs. As the university sourcer, it’s important for you to develop a deep understanding of our business and the entry level open positions across the organization. You need to have a strong knowledge of the external talent landscape in university recruiting market, the ability to quickly identify multiple talent pools and build innovative sourcing strategies. You are also required to have a data driven approach in supporting the University Recruiting team.
**In this role you will**:
- Partner with University Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the hiring requirements for the early career programs.
- Direct Applications
- Conference lists and databases
- Referrals
- Resume books from the schools
- Review and analyse relevant talent market data and trends to provide insights to address short
- or long-term business needs.
- Growth mindset and ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed to support the overall needs of the business
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of campus sourcing experience.
- Ability to utilize campus sourcing tools, assessment tools.
- Understanding of different skill sets and the ability to utilize the right tools to source them
- Excellent communication skills. Enjoys interaction with college students and able to answer their questions.
- Collaboration with recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation.
