Pranav Creations Pvt Ltd is a leading wholesaler of women’s ethnic wear, renowned for our curated designs and trendsetting collections. We are now looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Reels Creator to bring our brand to life through engaging short videos.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short videos (Reels) showcasing our women’s ethnic wear collections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand identity and promotional campaigns.
- Research and implement trending themes, audio tracks, and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms, ensuring each post adheres to platform-specific guidelines.
- Engage with audiences through creative video captions and hashtags.
- Monitor performance metrics for reels and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adhere to deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating short-form video content, preferably for fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio or links to previous work showcasing your expertise in video creation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in fashion or retail industries.
- Knowledge of basic photography and lighting techniques.
- Familiarity with influencer collaboration and user-generated content
