**JD: Cardiology OT In-Charge Staff Nurse**
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage nursing activities in Cardiac OTs.
- Ensure OT readiness, instrument sterilization, and availability.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthesiologists and support teams.
- Monitor patient safety protocols before, during, and after surgery.
- Handle emergencies efficiently with calm and precision.
- Oversee daily operations of the OTs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and infection control.
- Train and mentor junior nurses.
- Manage patient flow, documentation, and case scheduling.
Excellent leadership and crisis management skills.
- Coordinate patient transitions between OT and Cardiac ICU.
- Maintain OT nursing shift rosters and duty allocations.
Ensure surgical protocols are strictly followed.
- Prepare OT for bypass surgeries, valve replacements, etc.
- Maintain surgical inventory and assist procurement.
Hands-on experience with cardiac surgeries.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Lead OT nursing response for emergency cardiac procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
