Visko Group is a leading player in the offering top-quality products/services to a growing customer base. We're looking for a motivated and energetic **Direct Sales Executive** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face interactions and enjoy building lasting customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Actively pitch and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate features, benefits, and pricing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and company events as required.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in presenting and closing deals face-to-face.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally as part of the sales process.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in Recruitment and staffing
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and reporting tools.
- Local market knowledge and existing customer base are a plus.
- Fluency in [local language(s)], if applicable.
