**Job Title**: Direct Sales Officer

**Location**: Bhopal (or nearby locations)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: ₹12,000 per month + Petrol Allowance + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated **Direct Sales Executives** to join our team at a reputed **Insurance Broking**firm. This role involves promoting and selling **Insurance Products** to potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets through direct customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Promote and explain the benefits of Two-Wheeler Insurance products.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **12th Pass** qualification.
- Prior experience in sales or insurance will be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
