**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Development**: Design, establish, and manage comprehensive financial processes and procedures tailored to the startup environment.
- **Financial Reporting**: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, balance sheets, and other key reports. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Work with key stakeholders to prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- **Internal Controls**: Implement effective internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- **Financial Systems Management**: Create and maintain accounting systems, tools, and software that support financial operations.
- **Cost Management**: Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest strategies for increasing financial efficiency across the company.
- **Financial Strategy**: Assist leadership in making strategic financial decisions, including investment opportunities, funding, and financial planning.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations across the organization.
- **Compliance & Audits**: Ensure all financial practices adhere to regulatory standards and manage external audits.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously assess and improve financial processes to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in finance, accounting, or financial management, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial systems.
- Ability to build and maintain financial processes from scratch.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, enthusiastic work ethic with a drive to help the company grow and succeed.
- Strong proficiency with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
