**Job Summary**:
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO plays a vital role in strategic planning, financial forecasting, risk management, and ensuring the company’s financial health. The CFO oversees all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, investor relations, and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:

- Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop long-term strategic plans.
- Drive financial strategies to support company goals and growth initiatives.

**Financial Management**:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

**Cash Flow and Risk Management**:

- Manage the organization’s capital and liquidity to ensure adequate funding for operations.
- Oversee risk management practices and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.

**Compliance & Controls**:

- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and governance systems.

**Investor and Stakeholder Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead investor communication and support capital-raising initiatives.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Foster a high-performance culture and align the finance team with business priorities.

**Key Requirements**:
**Education**:

- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent finance-related qualification.

**Experience**:

- 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
- Proven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or Head of Finance in a fast-growing company.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience in real state industry
- Prior experience working with investors or in capital markets.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation through financial insights.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
