**Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Strategy & Leadership**:

- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
- Lead financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO, board, and senior management.
- **Financial Reporting & Oversight**:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and audits.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, financial performance, and capital structure.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Provide insights into financial performance and recommend improvements.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify financial risks and opportunities and create risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee internal controls, ensuring the company’s financial practices are effective and compliant.
- **Investor Relations**:

- Manage relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
- **Team Management & Development**:

- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high levels of performance and growth.
- Set clear goals, manage performance, and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
- **Mergers & Acquisitions (if applicable)**:

- Lead financial due diligence for M&A activities.
- Assess the financial implications and risks of potential acquisitions, investments, or mergers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA is often preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10+ years in finance roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions (e.g., Finance Director or VP of Finance).
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
