**Position : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Location : Kadugodi**

**Job Summary**:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the senior management team at the group Chrysalis, responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategies of the chain of schools, our real estate portfolio across Bangalore, Pune & Chennai & the upcoming University. The CFO will provide strategic financial guidance and contribute to the overall growth and success of the group.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Strategy and Planning

2. Budgeting and Financial Management

3. Financial Reporting and Analysis

4. Real Estate Portfolio Management

5. Team Leadership and Development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree

preferred).
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA)
- Proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within the

education and real estate sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, accounting principles, and

financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial management, investment analysis, and

property valuation.
- Proficient in financial software and systems, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity

with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
