**Position - CFO (Chief Financial Officer)**

Qualification**:Charted Accountant**

Location - Yelahanka New town, Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience with a background in accounting/financing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage chief financial officer role in finance.**
- Manage the financial actions of the company.
- Undertake major investment and financing decisions.
- Communicate with key stakeholders.
- **Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.**
- Manage the organization's investments and financial risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Review and approve financial transactions such as contracts and invoices.
- Negotiate with lenders, investors, and financial partners.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other members of the organization.
- Develop and execute strategies for raising capital through **debt and equity financing**.
- Cultivate relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions.
- Evaluate and select appropriate funding instruments to align with company objectives.
- **Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes**.
- Analyze financial performance, including EBITDA, to inform strategic decisions.
- Support **project planning and execution** from a financial perspective.
- Oversee internal audits and **due diligence** processes.

Represent the company in financial discussions with stakeholders.
