We’re Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Location: Niddle Company: Agrileaf Exports Pvt. Ltd. Experience: 10 plus years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred to 30 DaysAgrileaf Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the entire Finance and Accounts function. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end financial operations and business finance.Role Summary The CFO will oversee accounting, financial planning, reporting, compliance, taxation, banking, funding, and cash flow management. The role demands strong business acumen and the ability to drive financial efficiency and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy and Planning • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives • Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking • Provide financial insights for management decision-makingAccounting and Financial Operations• Manage daily finance, accounting, and bookkeeping activities • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and MIS reports • Supervise general ledger, AP and AR, payroll, inventory, and cost control • Implement and maintain strong internal controlsCompliance and Taxation • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and statutory requirements • Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities • Manage external audits and ensure timely submissionsBudgeting and Cash Flow Management • Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts • Manage working capital, fund flow, and cash cycles • Identify cost optimization opportunitiesBanking and Funding • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions • Handle loan documentation, LC, BG, and export credit facilities • Support fundraising activities if requiredLeadership and Team Management • Lead and mentor the finance team • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and export teamsQualifications and Experience • Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory • Minimum 10 plus years of experience in finance, accounts, and taxation • Experience in manufacturing, export, or agri sectors preferred • Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, and export finance • Experience with ERP, Tally, or SAP systems is an advantageKey Skills • Strong financial planning and analytical capabilities • Leadership and communication skills • Strategic thinking with attention to detail • Deep understanding of compliance and audit requirements • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEmployment Type: Full-time, On-siteLocation Preference: Candidates from Udupi, Mangalore, Puttur, or nearby Dakshina Kannada regions preferredCompensation: Competitive based on experience and qualificationsApply: jobs@agrileaf.in Contact: 9606092137Please share this opportunity with suitable candidates.
