This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Key Responsibilities:
- **Greeting and Directing**:Welcoming patients and visitors, answering their questions, and directing them to the appropriate areas within the hospital.
- **Appointment Management**:Scheduling, confirming, and managing patient appointments, including using scheduling software and contacting patients to remind them of appointments.
- **Phone Management**:Answering and routing phone calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers about appointments, clinic hours, and other inquiries.
Pay: ₹9,387.73 - ₹25,338.84 per month
