**Job Title**: Receptionist - Hospital
**Location**: Baner, Pune
**Job Type**: Full-time (Shift-Based)
**Experience Required**: 2 to 6 years in the Healthcare sector
**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and friendly **Receptionist** to join our hospital team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors and play a key role in managing **IPD admissions** and front desk responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle **IPD (In-Patient Department) admissions** and discharge procedures
- Manage front desk activities including answering calls, appointment scheduling, and guiding visitors
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff for smooth patient flow
- Manage billing queries and support administrative work as needed
**Requirements**:
- **2 to 6 years** of experience working in the healthcare sector (hospital/clinic)
- Good understanding of **IPD processes and hospital systems**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital software
- Able to work in **rotational shifts (2 shifts)** and on **rotational weekly offs**
**Shift Details**:
- Shift timings will be rotational (morning/evening)
- Weekly offs will also be on a rotation basis
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
