**Job Summary**

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and handling front desk operations efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Greet and assist patients and visitors** upon arrival with a warm and professional manner.
- **Manage patient registrations** by collecting accurate information and updating the hospital management system.
- **Schedule and confirm appointments** with doctors and other healthcare providers.
- **Answer phone calls** promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate departments.
- **Handle patient billing** and process payments, including cash and digital transactions.
- **Assist in administrative tasks** such as filing, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
- **Coordinate with healthcare staff** to ensure smooth patient flow and mínimal wait times.
- **Maintain a clean and organized front desk** and waiting area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- **Address patient complaints or concerns** professionally and escalate them to management when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum Graduate; diploma or certification in hospitality, administration, or healthcare management is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in a hospital or clinic, is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and empathy for patients.

**Work Schedule**
- **Timings**: 9-hour shifts, rotational as per hospital requirement.
- **Days**: 6 days a week with one weekly off, flexibility required for weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
