**Job description**

Welcome patients/relatives/consultant doctors in person or telephonically and provide information related to services.

Serve as the primary point of inquiry for patients/relatives.

Schedule OPD appointments, blood and imaging tests, coordinate with consultants - pathology - radiology and keep those appointments on time.

Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.

Responsible for indoor admissions for all departments, general admission consent, financial counselling, and maintaining documentation.

Responsible for informing the nearest medicolegal case based on a request from the casualty medical officer.

Answering multi-line phones and transferring calls to direct departments.

Daily report generation and data collation.

Processing billing and payments, using medical software.

Communicate with OPD patients and relatives.

Maintaining accurate data, cash records, and Excel.

Keeping track of office supplies, and inventories and placing orders as necessary.

Ensuring the maintenance of the reception area.

Updating patient insurance information.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
