To give all attention to patients on desk and answer all their questions to their satisfaction.
To follow the orders given by the O.P.D in charge, Daily Reporting to the O.P.D. In charge
To attend to the phone call for the OPD appointment
Managing the OPD appointments
Map data required for Quality Indicators for OPD Consultation waiting and waiting for X ray
Collecting and handing over the cash to the accounts dept.
Collecting the Memos of OPD / IPD patients, filing it and handing it over to Billing Department/ Insurance Department on Daily basis.
Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills
To take daily round in all three shifts at the start of each shift.
To prepare OPD Credit Bills and to send it to respective corporate companies.
To co
- ordinate with IPD, Insurance Department regarding the Room eligibility and room availability.(accordingly co-ordinate with billing department). To allocate the bed to the IPD patients.
To take feedback forms from OPD patients and making entries in Analysis sheet.
Making Improvements on the basis of action plan prepared by Quality Head.

Incidents of Multiple Patient Registration Numbers and Mis-identification of Patients
Quality of OPD requisitions to Laboratory and Radiology
Telephone and Courtesy Etiqquets
**Salary**: ₹8,994.21 - ₹18,000.00 per month
