Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that address client challenges.
- Draft proposals and quotations, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, technical discussions, and negotiations.
- Support sales initiatives by providing market and competitor intelligence.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, standards, and Good Enough Energy’s product portfolio.
- Offer feedback to the product and engineering teams on client needs and market developments.
- Train internal teams and partners on product features and updates as required.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of pre-sales, sales support, or business development experience in the electrical industry (e.g., switchgear, power distribution, renewable energy, industrial automation, or similar).
- **Technical Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- **Communication**: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **IT Proficiency**: Skilled in MS Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**: Proactive, customer-centric, solution-oriented, excellent organizational skills.
