**Job Title: IT Support (Day Shift/Night shift)**

Company: Tasks Expert Virtual Employees Services Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 12PM-9PM/9PM-6AM (Both shift)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1-2 years in IT Support

Job Summary

Tasks Expert is hiring a skilled and motivated IT Support to join our on-site technical team. This role will focus on daily IT troubleshooting, user setup, and system support. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and assist the system administrator with routine support functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Google Workspace, Active Directory, and NAS user accounts
- Install and configure essential software (VNC, Skype, Chrome, antivirus, etc.)
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and basic network issues
- Assist in setting up Virtual Machines and system configurations as per SOP
- Provide user guidance on RDP, VPN, and secure system access
- Coordinate issue handover with night shift IT support
- Maintain accurate issue logs and follow SOP-based resolutions

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate IT support environment
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge in Windows OS and networking
- Familiarity with remote access tools and endpoint setup
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
