**Role & responsibilities**
**Job Title: Client Support Associate**
**Job Description**:
- Act as a mediator between our parent company and US healthcare clients, including hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics.
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues by following the guidelines / protocols.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients,
**Responsibilities**:
1. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately via phone calls.
2. Create tickets and collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
3. Maintain precise and up-to-date client records using our CRM system.
4. Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve healthcare offerings and support processes.
1.A bachelor's degree.
2. Demonstrated experience in customer support or client services.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex healthcare concepts effectively.
