Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crew members.
- Plan and assign daily tasks based on job schedules and priorities.
- Inspect work areas to ensure work is completed to company and client standards.
- Train new employees on proper techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
- Communicate with clients and management regarding project progress and expectations.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Monitor use of materials and supplies, and report needs for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.

Minimum 2-3 years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
