**Horticulturist Duties and Responsibilities**

Assist with landscape maintenance, restoration, and design

Install and cultivate functional and ornamental plants

Transplant and prune shrubs and small trees

Weed landscape beds and assist with mulching

Identify and treat potential pests or diseases

Provide plant care advice to other team members and clients

**Horticulturist Requirements and Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in horticulture or a related field (or associate degree and equivalent experience)

Experience in landscaping or working with various types of plants (3-5 years preferred)

Comfortable working outside

**Horticulture - Supervisor**

A Horticulture Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant cultivation and landscape maintenance within a designated area, including supervising a team of gardeners, ensuring proper plant care, implementing landscaping designs, and maintaining the overall aesthetic appeal of the grounds, while adhering to safety and environmental regulations
