**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Horticulture Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site landscaping projects. This role requires a strong understanding of horticulture practices, team management, and client coordination. The supervisor will ensure the timely execution of all work while maintaining high standards of quality.

**Job description / Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Planning, Scheduling, & Labor Management**

Plan and schedule daily and weekly landscaping activities in coordination with clients and the internal team.

Organize and assign tasks to the gardening and labor team.

Ensure resources such as plants, materials, and labor are available as per the project timeline.

Communicate with clients to align work schedules and ensure mínimal disruption.

**2. Site Supervision & Work Execution**

Oversee and guide on-site landscaping activities, including plant placement, soil preparation, and hardscape installations.

Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and planting techniques are followed.

Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to design plans.

Resolve any on-site issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless project execution.

**3. Daily Reporting**

Maintain a daily log of work progress, tasks completed, and any challenges encountered.

Report site updates and labor performance to the management.

Communicate any delays, material shortages, or other concerns promptly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/03/2025
