We are seeking an experienced **Horticulture Supervisor** to lead the development of new landscapes and architectural gardens, specializing in decorating **ornamental plants** at airports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of **landscapes and architectural gardens**.
- Manage **ornamental plant decoration** in departure and arrival zones at airports.
- Supervise planting, pruning, and maintenance activities for indoor and outdoor plants.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project officials to implement landscape designs.
- Manage a team of workers, ensuring quality execution within timelines.
- Monitor plant health, suggest improvements, and address maintenance needs.
- Manage material inventory, tools, and resource allocation effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in horticulture, landscape development, or similar roles.
- **Specialization**: Proven expertise in **ornamental plant decoration** and garden maintenance.
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related fields preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with **plant species suitable for indoor and humid conditions** (e.g., airports).
- Ability to read and execute landscape designs and architectural plans.
- Proficiency in maintaining schedules, reports, and coordination with officials.
