**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Horticulture or a related field (required).
- Proven experience in landscaping or grounds keeping with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, soil health, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews in the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of landscape projects.
- Plan and assign daily tasks related to planting, irrigation, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and general grounds maintenance.
- Ensure all work complies with horticultural best practices and environmental regulations.
- Interpret landscape designs and drawings, and provide guidance to ensure correct implementation.
- Inspect sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage the use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and crew hours.
- Provide training and support to landscaping staff on horticultural techniques and safety procedures.
- Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any site-related concerns.

Pay: ₹14,224.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
